The Highball is a staple in any cocktail library. Ours showcases our white rye, complemented by ginger ale and a splash of soda.
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz. Five & 20 White Rye 1 dash Angostora bitters Ginger ale Club Soda Ginger Beer Lime
INSTRUCTIONS
Build-in a collins glass over ice. Start with the White Rye and bitters. Fill the glass to almost full with ginger ale. Top with splash club soda. Squeeze big lime wedge into glass and leave in as garnish.
