A riff on the Prohibition-Era classic Bee’s Knees cocktail, the Wood Bee incorporates Five & 20 Bierschnapps and Five & 20 Limoncello as the spirit component of a gorgeous cocktail finished with lemon juice and honey.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Five & 20 Bierschnapps ½ oz. Five & 20 Limoncello 2 oz. lemon juice ¾ oz. honey simple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake to chill. Double strain into a coupe. Garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
