Join us at the first combination winery, distillery and brewery in NY state, surrounded by 80 acres of farmland, for a tour of the facility where our head brewer, Paul Alessi, will lead you in an exclusive tasting of a selection of beers being barrel aged (in a former wine or spirits barrel). We will provide a behind-the-scenes introduction to sourcing, brewing, barrel selection, barrel aging and blending while also answering any questions you may have. You’ll also be invited to enjoy a draft beer of your choice from the 8 on tap. Food will be available for purchase from our friends at Bird on our expansive outdoor patio; feel free to stay a while and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
