1 ½ oz. Five & 20 Bourbon
    ¾ oz. Carpano Antica
    ¾ oz. aperol
    6 oz. orange blossom honey
    8 oz. white balsamic vinegar
    1 orange


    In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, reduce white balsamic vinegar to half its original volume. While vinegar is still hot add honey and whisk until dissolved. Allow honey-vinegar to cool to room temperature and reserve in an airtight container.

    In a cocktail shaker, combine Bourbon, Carpano Antica and aperol. Stir until incorporated and add ¾ oz. of honey vinegar.

    Stir and pour over large ice, garnish with a peel of orange.
