1 ½ oz. Five & 20 Straight Bourbon ¾ oz. Balsam Sweet American Vermouth ¾ oz. Aperol 6 oz. orange blossom honey 8 oz. white balsamic vinegar 1 orange
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, reduce white balsamic vinegar to half its original volume. While vinegar is still hot, add honey and whisk until dissolved. Allow the honey-vinegar to cool to room temperature and reserve in an airtight container.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Five & 20 Straight Bourbon, Balsam Sweet American Vermouth, and Aperol. Stir until incorporated and add ¾ oz. of honey vinegar. Stir and pour over large ice. Garnish with an orange peel.
