2 oz. Five & 20 Straight Bourbon 2 tbsp. local honey Juice of 1 lemon The Perfect Bubbly
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Five & 20 Straight Bourbon, local honey, and lemon juice. Stir until honey is dissolved. Pour over a large piece of ice in a rocks glass and top with South Shore Wine Company Sparkling Vidal Blanc.
