Maple Beet Shrub Julep

    Maple syrup, earthy beets, and fresh ginger give this mint julep a whole new personality.  Don’t question it, just try it!


    2 oz. Five & 20 Straight Bourbon
    1 oz. maple beet shrub


    Muddle several mint leaves in the bottom of a double rocks glass.
    Add a splash of the maple beet shrub.
    Fill glass with ice and add Bourbon and shrub.
    Stir to combine.
    Garnish with a big sprig of mint.
