Inspired by the ‘French 75’ cocktail, strawberry and lemon (from our Five & 20 Limoncello) with a splash of sparkles will totally blow you away
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. Five & 20 Limoncello ¾ oz. lemon juice ¾ oz. strawberry syrup The Perfect Bubbly Sliced strawberry
INSTRUCTIONS
For the strawberry syrup, combine 1 cup of sugar, 1.5 cups of water, and 1.5 cups of frozen strawberries. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain out solids and refrigerate.
For the cocktail, combine Limoncello, lemon juice, and strawberry syrup in a mixing tin. Shake to chill and combine. Strain into a coupe. Top with The Perfect Bubbly and garnish with sliced strawberry.
